Philippe Fabian's artworks could be assimilated to a bridge between photograph and painting. Their process combines a digital treatment of the image with traditional medium like oil or acrylic painting, ink and charcoal. The artworks also could be the result of a strictly digital treatment.
Their iconography mainly focuses on urban landscapes or
peri-urban landscape ( kind of no man's land) with their architecture.
The raw material of his creation is composed of a data of numerous photograph that PF takes daily ( one image per a day)
The result is else a fictionnal environment which looks like real and made of several piece of existing architectures or simply a real one.
Besides artistic studies, PF worked also for animation films. This side of his "resume" impregnates its photographs accross zoom
